I’ve had my new roof for two years now. Completely happy with Anthony C Leonard Roofing when I got my four estimates Dan Leonard was the only person to actually come to my residence. Get on my roof and give me an honest quote a timeline when he would start when he would finish didn’t ask me for half the money upfront told me I would pay when my roof was done. the workers were polite qualified, and the job was done in two weeks. Hurricane Ian caused a large branch to punch a hole at a ridge in our roof and the wind blew off many shingles. Leonard Roofing was quick to assess what needed to be done and make sure that a patch for the hole was stabilized. Our insurance only covered the pre-hurricane depreciated value of the roof, so we decided to put more money with that and get Leonard Roofing to do the necessary roofing work, rather than risk having it done by an unknown mentioned by the insurer. We did have to wait our turn, because so many roofs in Englewood needed to be redone, and because Leonard Roofing was so well known to do quality work. We are happy with the result: When hurricanes Helene and Milton came along in the Autumn of 2024, although our home was severely affected at ground level by the storm surges and required a lot of remediation, our Leonard Roofing job survived completely intact, helping to give us enough confidence to undertake putting the house back to rights. These people showed up in every sense of the word. Came out, at the appointed time, to give the estimate and answered all questions. They did the work quickly and efficiently, for a reasonable price, cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Anthony Leonard Roofing. They are a pleasure to work with. They are reasonably priced. I got bids from other roofers and they wanted to replace everything and not repair which drove their bids very high. These guys only replaced what they had to and repaired what could be repair.
